General Management and Leadership Training
A 12 – 18 month Management Development programme consisting of 10 modules. This is our flagship programme that has been endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) covering modules in essential business areas including (but not limited to); Belief and Behavioural Change, Sales Excellence, Marketing, Finance & Operations, HR Fundamentals, Leadership Essentials, Impactful Presentations, Change Management, Strategy and People, Communicating for Success.
Modules are bespoke to industry and client needs. We are also able to create modules specific to your organisation using subject matter experts and credible research.
