During his career, Gilles has held senior management positions at market-listed giants. He was Director of Marketing & Global Accounts at one of the largest software solutions providers in the global banking industry and has held various Senior Management positions with FTSE 100 and Dow Jones Fortune 100 corporations in the USA, Europe and the Middle East.
Gilles established his own management consultancy company, Acosphere Ltd in 2005. A UK privately owned company; Acosphere works to transform the existing sales strategy within an organisation and offers vital guidance in marketing, team building, motivation and leadership. His experience in sales management, sales processes, leadership and marketing helps his clients achieve exceptional results in minimal turnaround times.

She has worked for the Central Bank of West African Countries (BCEAO) as communications manager and as a consultant for United Nations Agencies in Syria, France, Greece and Kenya. Nadia has 3 MAs in Communications, Political science and Sociology from the University of Sorbonne.
Within Acosphere, Nadia trains internationally for clients and works in West, North and Central Africa. She is fluent in 9 languages, proficient in 2 more and trains in French, English, Italian and Spanish.
Nadia is passionate about gender matters and is an Advisory Council Member of the Women In Africa Initiative. She is author of the Forbes Afrique annual report on the 100 Most Influential Women in Africa.
